

Boil until soft enough to puree and follow the steps from there. Peel and puree in enough water to make a thick paste. Pop it in the microwave for 5-7 minutes while the water boils. Use half this time and throw the rest in the freezer when you make another batch again. You could certainly start with half a bag but I’d cook and puree the whole thing in one step.
